CAN I GET A REFUND?

We have a NO refund policy.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT FOR CAMPING?

Check-in for premiere camping tickets begins on Thursday at 2pm.
Check-in for standard tent camping begins on Friday at noon. No early birds.
Check-out is Sunday by 11am unless you have purchased an extended stay ticket.
NO unregistered persons may enter the campground at any time under any circumstance. Security personnel monitor campground access.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CHECK-IN?

Printed ticket or image on your phone.
Photo identification.
Camping ticket holder and add-on (adult & child) will be issued a wristband identifying as a paid camper and registered Epic 50 rider.
Epic Ride only ticket holder will be issued an EPIC 50 RIDE wristband

WHERE IS CHECK-IN?

Check-in booth is located at the Santos Trailhead parking.

WHEN DOES EPIC 50 RIDE START?

It is a rolling start between 7am – 9am. Sag stops along the way with lunch available at Ross Prairie until 1pm. Feeling fatigued? Look at map for bail-out options onto paved trail.

WHAT MEALS ARE INCLUDED WITH CAMPING?

Saturday breakfast & dinner. Sunday breakfast.

WHAT ENTERTAINMENT IS INCLUDED WITH CAMPING?

Each year we change it up to offer popular music & movies to our campers.

CAN I REGISTER IN ADVANCE FOR BIKE CLINICS?

No. Visit the bike clinic booth and sign-up for one or more of the hour-long clinics offered that day.

WHAT’S THE RAFFLE?

Buy tickets to win cool raffle items donated by our sponsors and vendors. SRAM has been known to donate high-end components to the raffle. Visit the RAFFLE ticket booth.

ARE THERE GROUP RIDES PLANNED?

Yes. Check the SCHEDULE section of this website. There will be three separate group rides:
YELLOW – easy trails
BLUE – moderate trails
RED – more challenging trails
