Camping is restricted to ticket holders who purchased their tickets on November 1st, 2016. Please put your name on the waiting list if you are interested and if any tickets come available we will contact you.
Check-in is from noon-6pm at the entrance of the Bike Expo on Friday, March 10th 2017. Look for the check-in signs at the parking lot. Even if you did not score a ticket, it is still a great weekend to ride Santos. See our WHERE TO STAY page for Ocala accommodations.
Pre-registered participants will receive a wristband at check-in for access to the campground. The wristband must be shown to the gate volunteers every time you enter the campground.
DO NOT ASK THE GATE VOLUNTEERS TO MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS. This is a private event with very specific permitting, insurance, and facilities. You may not have unregistered visitors in the campground at any time. Thank you for complying.
All registrations include primitive camping. You may set up a tent inside the second loop of the property (the “Infield”). Pop-ups and campers should set up on the outer perimeter of the second loop. Please park extra cars just outside the campground in the horse parking lot.
The first loop with electric and water hook-ups have been reserved in advance by sponsors. Do not set up in the first loop unless you are with the owner.
We strongly encourage recycling of paper, plastic, and glass by providing appropriate containers. Thank you for putting your empties in the bins. Trash may be brought up to the dumpsters.
For your comfort extra toilet and shower facilities have been rented for the weekend. Share nicely. Let the attendant know asap if there is a problem.
Meals are served along the middle road. Coffee is served at Campsite #9 near the bathrooms.
